WHAT IF WE HAVE TO POSTPONE OUR WEDDING?
Black Tie Entertainment has an easy postponement policy - everything transfers to your new date without any fees.
WHAT IF MY DJ ISN'T AVAILABLE FOR THE NEW DATE?
We have 25 professional DJs/MCs on staff for our clients to choose from. Should you choose a reschedule date that your original DJ has already been booked on, you may choose any other available replacement DJ.
IF I GET A NEW DJ, DO I HAVE TO START THE PLANNING PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN?
Absolutely not. Every couple who books Black Tie Entertainment is given access to our online planning tools, which safely backs up all of the logistical data in one place. Your music selections, planning meeting notes, timeline, wedding party, and vendor information can immediately be accessed by your new DJ for as smooth a transition as possible.
WHAT IF MY DJ GETS SICK JUST BEFORE MY WEDDING?
We’re the only company in Virginia that guarantees a backup DJ in writing in case of an emergency. And again, the backup DJ will have access to all of your information. This is something you simply cannot get with any other DJ.
